@santie82 Não. Os Reis (tal como os Presidentes) usam sempre as Ordens e decorações dos seus países. O Rei da Bélgica usa uma banda violeta - é a Banda da Ordem de Leopoldo (em honra ao primeiro Rei da Bélgica); o Rei de Portugal utilizava sempre a Banda das Três Ordens que tinha três cores que representavam a Ordem de Cristo, Ordem de Aviz e a Ordem de Santiago. Depois cada país tem as suas Ordens Dinásticas (no caso das Monarquias) e decorações.

@santie82 Não tenho a certeza, porque não sei muito do caso Espanhol, mas creio que esta é a Banda da Ordem de Carlos III. Sabias que as três decorações mais prestigiantes da Europa são: a Ordem da Jarreteira (Order of the Garter) do Reino Unido; a Ordem de Torre e Espada, de Portugal; a Ordem do Tosão de Ouro, de Espanha/ Áustria (Monarquia).

@adhasz16 No, I' m not the most stupid person you ever saw because you haven't SEEN me and I doubt we'll ever meet some day. I haven't read any post- soviet bullshit about Polish lancers charging against German panzers, I read about it in British, French and Spanish WWII reports and articles long before the Soviet Union vanished.
