@@pythonpatrolexotics i didnt say the animal needs to be soak and wet 24/7, to assist in its first shed though absolutely. Almost every breeder i know puts their fresh hatched animals in a tub with a wet papertowel until they all shed, infact i dont know of a larger breeder that DOESNT use this method
Have you tried putting the scaleless in a small tub and just soak the toilet paper and by morning it should shed its what i do with my snakes if i know they have shedding problems or even putting them in a pillow case thats wet with warm water and from them moving around it helps alot but these are scaleless

Scaleless need more humidity then your normal ball pythons, i would put that animal in its own tub with a completely wet papertowel as the base
That's kinda untrue, they can get pruny water logged skin, which makes it easy for them to get injured
