I’m surprised they didn’t make some sort of sleeve for the rear center tray/cupholder.
What was the hardest part? Seemed like those side bolsters in the rear were annoying.

I think other than a full replacement, I don’t know if they could make the recess part where the armrest goes look decent. It’s no way to make that area tight. I think their solution was decent, even though I don’t love it.
And no part of the install was hard. The hardest part was removing the bottom rear seat. It’s a little time consuming doing the final adjustments, so patience is needed for a tight fit and good results.
