      So here's an update. The test is not that hard when it comes to questioning, the main focus is knowing the information itself. (I failed because I failed to memorize main key factors, i'll do better next times but these videos helped a lot and I would have failed much more I got a 637)

    grinding noise coming from a cable touching a fan? That not accurate. This should be a Hard Drive as the answer for question 8. I have never heard grinding sounds with cables touching fans.

    12 is interesting, if the cable is modular shouldn’t you first try replacing the cable? It would be much cheaper and easier to do as a first step than replacing the entire thing.

      I agree, checking for bad connections and cable continuity is best practice. Literally a 5 minute job. All practice tests on CZcams should be taken with a pinch of salt

      ​@CrashBangWallop-WAV Yea some of these questions are weird. Like a defective CPU fan causing a failure to POST is bizarre?
