what a dilemma india is in . we need youth who want to take risks , learn new skills on their own and be job creators but it is only possible in good income families but most of unemployed youth comes from low income families where even with the wish to learn new skills you cant learn it because you cant afford it . only hope for them is gov jobs . two whole different worlds .
The problem is in Bihar eveyrone wants a Government job. Thats a mentality which has been built. No Government will take in lakhs of people in Armed Forces. Those protesting will not even reach that stage where Army recruits them. What will these people do once they get in.

Compare that to average mumbai/delhi guy whose parents are rich enough to sustain the house so that their kid can learn the in peace. These kids get education till the age of 24-27 where as an average bihari boy has to leave his study at 16 to support his family. Bihari boy also has alot of depression because of poverty and poor people tend to have more domestic fights than average middle class. It sends his mental stability into trash and he can't even focus on his studies even if he wanted to. At the end he gives up study and does whatever labour job is available to support his family and the circle continues... It's very easy to come from privilege and blame these guys but things aren't as black and white as you claimed to be.

it is not 75% eligible for army it is out of the total top 25% who performed well and on the basis of their merit, willingness will be selected
