I’ve put in sliced onion, sliced peppers,boneless chicken breast,beans, corn,crushed garlic and poured salsa over the top. Makes a great Mexican meal served w rice,shredded cheese,sour cream and guacamole. Easy Peasy!🍽💕

Another great video from you. My two favorite topics, slow cookers and saving money on a budget. So for me, this video was a win-win! I absolutely love my slow cooker. And I use it probably once a week. You can't go wrong with it. You put everything in the morning, maybe with a little prep when you're browning meats etcetera. Other than that, you put it on low and let it cook all day. How much easier can you get than that? And the amount of electricity that it uses is practically nothing. Not even a light bulb would use as much. Keep on making these great videos.

We make stuffing chicken in our slow cooker!! Put Chicken breasts in the bottom and top with gravy so it's all covered then just sprinkle on the top the dried sage and onion stuffing and leave to cook! It's one of our favourites and it's so good with mash and green beans😍😍

Always enjoy these slow cooker videos. The Thai curry with chick peas was my favourite and I also love chorizo and the roasted vegetables. I've heard you can cook a full English breakfast in the slow cooker overnight ready for the next morning, haven't tried it yet but sounds interesting :)

All good recipes and so easy with ingredients most would have in cupboards .I have just made spaghetti Bol with onions , garlic and mushrooms but i use lamb mince as hubby doesn’t like beef mince !! I am stuffed now it’s so filling .Thanks Iwan have a nice evening , it’s been beautiful today so hot Xxx 😎

Enjoyed this one. Your videos make me want to move to London so I can shop in Lidl and Aldi. Our Aldi in USA is not like yours and if we have Lidl, there is not one close to me. Fantastic slow cooker ideas, loved this vid. Out of all the korma sauce jars available,widely I do reccommend the Lidl korma sauce ,I find it’s the closest tasting to an Indian takeaway. I also use slow cooker for the korma dish.i add mushrooms and opinions to bulk mine.

Another fave of mine and it is specific- a can of homepride bbq sauce. My fav bbq sauces out there as it’s a bit smoky and sweet. I’ve done hunters chicken in slow cooker,but my fave is to switch to sausages,add in a clove or two of garlic,mushrooms and a little onion,to bulk out the meal and I have done this recipe for nearly thirty years ....oh,I picked up a new item in iceland last week. Napolina has a new range of frozen pasta.enough for two to three meals each bag-£1.50 a bag. I picked up spaghetti and penne.they look very good quality pasta actually..I love to try new things that appeal to me .take care x

Slow cooker are a must in ur kitchen. Hardly takes any work top space at all.I’ll tell u what i did yesterday with mine,chicken,coconut milk,tomato pesto,green beans,snap peas,new potatoes...it was deliciously tasty. I froze the rest I had left for another day. Thanku for ur vids,

love your slow cooker meals,i only use the slow cooker and microwave,i ve never tasted chick-peas or quinoa so they are on my shopping list,i didnt know thats how quinoa is pronounced until you said it,good job,as i wouldnt like to ask for it in the way i say it,looking forward to some more slow cooker meals,thanks for sharing x

I did some jacket potatoes in mine wrapped in foil but the crock pot cracked so be careful without liquid
All looks yummy! Have forwarded to my friend who just bought a slow cooker and even though I don't have one, glad I watched cos half way through your can of chickpeas reminded me I had forgotten to add mine into my Katsu curry that is on the go! If you haven't tried making one yet, Sainsburys/Tescos/Waitrose sell the Yutaka Japanese-Style Katsu Curry sauce which is like a stock cube. I just add it into my stir-fry so am sure you could use it in a slow cooker. Really lovely if you are a Wagamama or Tokyo Diner in Leicester Square fan! I think Wagamama just released their recipe for the curry too! Anyway....thanks again for reminding me to add the chickpeas :-) Looking forward to this week's come dine with us, too.
My dad made me get rid of my slow cooker coz he said it stunk the house out! Loved using mine to make pulled pork or pulled beef. You can’t beat a jacket with cheese an beans lol I’m gonna scrub the gas BBQ 2moz ab start using that for jerk chicken,not using the coal bbq as it’s not fair with the virus going on an it’s too much smoke xx
I don’t enjoy the house smelling like food all day either, so if the weather allows I put the slow cooker in the garage or on the patio! 😂

My parents bought me a slow cooker for Christmas about 2 years ago, I've not really used it much as not sure what to make. These are my type of cooking, but I will try making from scratch. Only 2 in my house & when I have used it does seem to be a lot, but as you say can be leftovers.

I love my slow cooker. I can highly recommend the Poundland or Aldi slow cooker liners. They save so much washing up!

I bought mine online, so easy peasy washing up now!!
On a Sunday I get up early about 7.30 pop a whole chicken in my slow cooker on high cooked by 1:30-2:00 simply falls off the bone ready for dinner discard skin drain away some of the liquid, fat and pop the carcass back into slow cooker to get rest of the meat off & add water, stock cube & veg got a soup for next day or two
