The problem with Zach is he hasn’t really helped himself. Raven said the people don’t matter but as a CC it does for Zach and for an org, most of them aren’t taking someone completely unlikable. Not saying Zach is unlikable but rather that there is some threshold where the public opinion matters. The Mazer moments did him no favorites in the past.And just when he’s seemingly moving past that, he does the most nonsensical contest despite the team being against it. They lost 5 cons in a row where they went out 20th. If not for that 1st place in first game they win the contest, they would have went out in 20th . It’s not a good look and makes sense that the players look for a better situation.
Make Reps, he's had way more time with Hal and makes good calls, love the hell outta Evan but reps should igl right now unless they find a good 3rd to do so. And anyone hating on reps screw you, he's still a solid player and isn't washed.

Reps IGLing would not be good for Evan's career in my opinion. Reps has always been a co igl/support for the team and has expressed disinterest in taking on the IGL role. I think Evan has the best shot at IGLing and giving TSM a chance to regain glory.
Igl also needs to be a frager, which reps is not.
Reps is better as a co igl, there's plenty of times that he has stepped in and taken to his son to W's, but I've been watching that boy for too long and I'll tell you one thing he don't got no time to be an igl 😂 Evan would definitely put more time into it and effort and that is notice respect to reps, just off the personalities you can tell
Maybe he can grow in to it but just watching the last few days reps doesn’t seem confident enough. Maybe they’re just figuring out their macro right now but Evan seems really confident off the bat.

I can't say I don't respect Raven's opinion and analysis.. However, he's become very obnoxious and over opinionated in the process of evolving and at this point almost has lost all merit.
If he would have stayed humble, I think a lot of other teams would look at him as an asset. Now imo, they just see someone who is going to eventually criticize every move the team could have made.

The only reason Mazer is still relevant is because he is the meme of Apex, he will bring in views solely because people want to shout "Mazer moment." I do not understand why any team seriously trying to win would even think to consider him being on a roster.
Oof. This is brutal but most likely true. I wonder how many Twitch viewers have "mazer moment" typed in their chat box when he is being spectated, ready to press send.
Well to be fair, all be it true that he has Mazer moments, there are a lot of pro players who consider him to be very good. May not win much or close to win but he is a top competitor and does make it challenging for many pros in league or ranked.
No need to lie to yourself. He’s proven he can still hang in PL. He maybe popular cuz of the mazer moments but that doesn’t mean he’s trash the dude is in the competitive scene and has proven that he’s good.
E8 got to LAN and mostly performed. They remained top 10 in every group, including a 2nd place sandwiched between DZ and Fnatic. They failed winners bracket in 11th but outright won the losers bracket to get to finals. To achieve that then do what they did against o7 shows the duality of Zach. Flipping from consistent IGL to deranged husband with the pedal to floor, wife (Talm) and kids (Zap and Shoob) crying in the backseat. Honestly gl on his rebuild
