      Thanks Eddie, Glad to be of help. But I did end up buying a Heljan as I could not get the Peco to run smoothly, but I think peco have brought out the own controller/ motor since I made that video. All the best, Glynn

    The noise is EXACTLY the same as my old Electrolux tank vacuum cleaner !!! And that REALLY SUCKS !!! (hee hee)..
    I do hope you're able to quell it.....

    I was going to do something very similar Glyn but using Pecos new turn table controller, still debating on using the hornby trun table or buying the peco one

      Hi Brian, I would like to see how this new Peco controller works, I ended up binning my peco as could not get it to work well with the expo controller. brought a Heljan and that works perfect. thanks. Glynn

    Did the big red gorg come with the brass bush with grub screw or did you make some thing to fit,only my sharf just keeps turning even with it's glued wonder if you can help cheers

      Hi Derek, the is a little screw which stopped the shaft turning. think you would need to use some araldite glue, is it turning on the shaft or on the turntable? Glynn

      Sorry glynn but on your video when you where putting the motor on ,you grown the main sharfed and put a screw in to stop the red gogg from turning hope you can cheers mate

    Sorry mate my spelling not to crash hot ,in your video your red cog that goes on the main sharf has a metal bit in the middle ,the one l have has not did you put that in your self .I went to a local place here in Bristol to get a metal part made he wanted £120 to make one so not going down that road hope you can help cheers

      Hi, have you looked at the expo turntable kit on ebay, under 00 gauge turntables? thats what I used.
