The Union Jack was the national flag of the Isle of Man until 1st December 1932 when the current flag was adopted.
The current anthem was given official status by the Isle of Man's legislature, Tynwald, on 22 January 2003, with God Save the Queen being designated as the Royal Anthem, after being the national anthem since 1745.
The present coat of arms of the Isle of Man were adopted on 12th July 1996, though the triskelion in this video dates back to the 13th century.
"God Save the Queen" (alternatively "God Save the King", depending on the gender of the reigning monarch) is the royal anthem in a number of Commonwealth realms, their territories, and the British Crown dependencies. The author of the tune is unknown, and it may originate in plainchant; but an attribution to the composer John Bull is sometimes made.
