  • A video comparing the height of a few proxy models for gargants and mega-gargants in a Age of Sigmar Sons of Behemat army. Plus some silly nonsense at the beginning - I was having fun with the models! But feel free to skip that bit if you just want to see how tall they are :-)

Thanks, yeah I think they're great and really glad to be able to use them as an army now - a big stompy mass charging across the table! Makes for very cinematic games :-D

If you want more giants: There is a nice D&D Frameworks Hill Giant, and MaxMini has some excellent sculpts too, including 3 Mega Gargants.
I just started a SoB-army and I love the variety of giant models I can get if not sticking strictly to GW.

Oh yeah good call! I have the pre-frameworks Hill Giant in there, the frameworks one looks quite cool but a lot more expensive than the monopose one. I actually have a couple of the MaxMini Mega Gargants, plus a few others that need painting - will be in a video as soon as I get a chance to sit down and get on to them. The MaxMinis are really nice! :-D

    Great collection!
To be fair the Games workshop Giants are great to convert

The little ones? Yeah I've seen some great conversions, I've just never been a big fan of how their bellies sit above their weirdly thin legs that sort of point inwards... but loads of nice bits on the sprue, so maybe I should get one anyway! The mega-gargants, on the other hand, fantastic models and loads of bits to use elsewhere for money saving - next time I'll get them out, they just need some painting!

@@WyvernMinis I meant both kits I've done a ton of conversions with both kits, the belly can be annoying but the eye is drawn to the actual conversion rather than the belly, such as adding hair or different weapons from other kits
