This certainly caught my attention: I recognized the location of the thumbnail as I used to work in Alumni Memorial Hall (the brick building barely in view to the right at 15:00) and sometimes parked in the lot at that end of Ridge Row. I loved that often I would be entering or leaving the building to see a steam train going past. I also see they finally tore down the old Steamtown ticket booth; it was still standing when I moved out of the state in the late 2000s. When Steamtown moved to Scranton they didn't have the current site setup for visitors and ran the excursions from the area of the bridge over the Central Scranton Expressway, selling tickets out of a wood-sided shack on the adjacent edge of the Radisson Lackawanna Station parking lot.

Is the boiler retrofitted for oil? Seems like a small coal car, and not a lot of soot.
