How to Draw a Realistic Male Face - Episode 2 - Drawing the Eyes

- Hi Guys.
This is the second episode in my How to Draw a Realistic Male Face series of tutorials. In these tutorials you will learn how to draw a mans face and head - duh - and in this particular episode we will draw the male eyes. When drawing the male eyes it's important to notice a few general differences in anatomy (but also know that not two faces are alike). Male eyebrows are thicker and placed a little lower. The eyebrows on a man is in general more fluffy and the eyes are less tilted and of course have less makeup.
You will need a soft and a hard graphite pencil, and preferably a black pencil, a blending tool and an eraser. But please don't let it stop you if you have less drawing materials, as you can still learn from this step by step tutorial on How to draw a realistic male face.
In this episode we will focus on the eyelids, the iris and pupil and how to make symmetry between the two eyes. If you want a full blown eye tutorial I have several of those on my channel. Go find it!

can i draw this with normal pencils? i know it wont look the same but it wouldnt be that bad right?
It’s a myth that you have to have fantastic pencils to draw well. I made a video about it where I draw a portrait with only one pencil. You have to be aware of your pressure control and how sharp the pencil is ✏️❤️ Skill is 95% - pencil and other stuff is 5%
@@NinaBlangstrup that is true i made the male face that you made in the video which was my first ever realistic drawing in my life and it was 70 percent if not 60 percent a duplicate! :D
