L'air joué par Jingxuan est le titre-phare : Upwards to the moon ("La main gauche dressée en direction de la lune" si on traduit le chinois 左手指月 Zuǒshǒu zhǐ yuè en transcription pinyin). Le casting est fabuleux : Deng Lun (Xufeng le Phénix, dieu du Feu et de la guerre), Yang Zi (Jinmi la Fleur de Givre), Luo Yunxi (Runyu le Dragon, Immortel chargé de la Nuit, futur empereur céleste), Wang Yifei (Suihe, paonne en charge du monde aviaire, nièce de l'Impératrice céleste), Kathy Chow/Zhou Haimei (Tuyao, l'Impératrice cruelle), Liao Jingfeng/Adonis Liao (Yan You, le Serpent, 6e signe du zodiaque chinois), Chen Yuqi (Liuying, princesse du royaume Biancheng dans le monde des démons)... Deng Lun et Yang Zi chantent aussi la BO qui ouvre et termine les 60-63 épisodes (selon la plateforme, parce que le découpage a pu être différent afin d'omettre les publicités en chinois, il n'y a pas de perte). Les 20 premiers épisodes sont essentielllement romantico-comiques. Ils relatent la découverte par l'innocente Jinmi (fée céleste, dont la capacité à ressentir des émotions romantiques a été bridée par un moyen magique afin de la protéger d'un risque prédit de destruction) du siège de la cour impériale céleste, Ensuite une nouvelle partie relate son "épreuve" dans le monde mortel sur un mode plutôt mélodramatique. Je ne me suis ennuyée dans aucun de ces épisodes. Les trois personnages du "triangle amoureux" sont soumis à un destin et des alliances de pouvoir implacables dont ils cherchent à se libérer...Les partisans de Runyu et ceux de Xufeng vont longtemps s'opposer au cours du visionnage, parmi les millions de fans de la série (Wikipedia note qu'il a été vu 15 milliards de fois avant janvier 2019)! Ce genre de feuilleton est caractéristique du genre "xianxia" 仙侠(histoires fantastico-mythologiques) et pour le moment tout le monde s'accorde pour dire que c'est le meilleur du genre. Donc je recommande, à la fois la chanson (l'une des 4 de la BO) et le feuilleton "Ashes of Love". 💖💖💖💖💖💖

It might still be a bit hard to grasp in places since it uses very poetic language and there'll be context missing (since it's a song for a Chinese drama), but the song with lyrics is beautiful too! And big agree on feeling moved. It's such a lovely song and also such a lovely instrument.
