Seahorse dad giving birth!

Happy #FathersDay from these rad animal dads - seahorses! Male seahorses are the ones who get “pregnant,” after the female seahorse deposits her eggs into the male’s pouch after a mating dance. The male will release sperm into the pouch, fertilizing the eggs, and then incubating them until they “give birth” to hundreds of babies at a time.
When the babies are “born,” the male expels them from his pouch in a cloud of tiny, fully-formed seahorse fry.
