Where was the brutal honesty? Sure they may seem fancy at first but what about a review after you've used them. There is no brutal honesty in this.

I've had 3. I now have one for my current S21 plus and it's very pretty. Called Snow White online. My other two durable one's lasted when my phone fell a few times. My old green marble one, cracked but my phone didn't. I prefer the durable case from Burga
I just found the back of my iPhone totally badly shattered from head to toe after dropping it with the BURGA phone case I bought in Oct. I bought the case not only because of the beautiful design but also because they seem to strongly claim the silicone protective case would work well. I never had any problems in the past with protective cases until using Burga. I’m heartbroken since iPhones are expensive investments that I always want to protect with the best products. I feel they didn’t deliver as advertised and I’m currently asking to get compensated.
I have a burga tough phone case in the model “night sky”, and I really like the case! I’ve had it for 7 months and it’s still in perfect condition. The only marks it has are due to me always dropping my phone. Also, it’s really protective because I do drop my phone a lot and the phone has not a single scratch or mark.

Yeah they said they'd ship within 3 days. 15 days later and no shipping confirmation. No answer from customer service and they took the £40 the day I ordered! Now disputing the payment. I honestly started to think it was a scam company. Really annoying because I bought a matching popsocket from Amazon which doesn't go with anything. I thought the 9 day delivery to uk was worth the wait....but still waiting for a tracking number and shipping confirmation.
It does take a while for shipping...but mine arrived each time. My latest one took several days after ordering 2-3 days..bcuz my address was 1 digit short. And it wasn't delivered. Someone rcvd a cute new case. However, BURGA did resend my order but failed to include my correct apt #. I had to go to FedEx directly to pick up my order...smh..but the case is pretty. I have Snow white, which looks like fancy marble
I ordered mine 3 weeks ago and claim to be shipping , the delivery takes too long, after reviewing all the other comments. I’m very worried I wouldn’t received mine after spending hundred+ for all these cases.

I've had my Burga case in the Mango Smoothie pattern since July last year and I'm pretty disappointed by how quickly the colours faded... I take a lot of mirror selfies so it was easy to compare how it looked when it first arrived with how it looks like now and the yellow was much more vibrant and rich at first, but by November it looked all pasty and desaturated ):

What are they made of?
I love my Burga phone case. My 1st one, I dropped maybe 3 times and my phone remained in tack. The case cracked slightly on the end but still looked shiny and beautiful

Their cases look good but their customer service is god awful! My parcel went missing (it was stuck in Australia for months and DHL never updated it), and guess what? They refused to provide a refund despite promising a refund if my parcel doesn't arrive by February 4th. I will never make the mistake of purchasing from this company again and will warn all my friends and family members. Stay far, far away from this unethical company!

This is not brutally honest, from experience these cases are bad quality.
Don't try to pander to brands for more deals, be honest with your viewers and wait for genuinely good brands or you devalue your opinion.
Good video quality though!
But actually those are only cases and it is normal that after some time you have to change them or buy new ones. I buy cases from different brands - more expensive and cheap and I must say that the quality is similar. Every case will get faded when using daily or discolored. If I wanna only good protection, I buy only armor cases. Burga cases and another ones/brands like Ideal of Sweden are more designer cases which doesn't give so much protection but the look. In my opinion the price is a bit too high, but yeah... Everyone wanna make money. It is free market. You can only agree or disagree. Ideal of Sweden is cheaper and they have also nice looking cases.
@@joanne5224 I was talking about picture quality on the cases, the designs are kinda pixelated and not sharp/good quality.
They're cheap cases fair enough but this wasn't "brutally" honest, just my opinion.
