Also with a notorious reputation for slow starts he has gone from .218 in April to .270 in May. Either way booing your own player for striking out in April is a dbag move and shows that you're not a true fan of anything.

As a Yankee fan.. he didn’t really wanna leave Miami. He believed all they needed was pitching to compete and he was right. Their lineup was really good. And you cannot take the actions of few and put them on everyone. This is New York.. players know the expectations and how the fans are.

Aleandro Mirabal Actually Miami is paying $30 million of the contract. Trading Castro also drops another $8 million off Stanton's salary. So the Yanks committed $18.5 million over the next ten years.
That's a bargain for what Stanton will produce especially against left handers. He just needs to settle in at Yankee Stadium, he's already hitting well on the road.
