But at the end of Portal 2, GLaDOS sends Chell away because they became friends at this point. But here in Lego Dimension Chell came back all by herself to kill GLaDOS, that's why GLaDOS is saying at one point: "I let you go! I sent you away! Why won't you just leave me alone forever?! "

The turrets are that size so that the physical one you build in the real world can be rebuilt into other designs. If they made it in an accurate size, there wouldn't be enough pieces. As for Wheatley and Space Core, it was either done to make them the same size as the turrets, or so they could include handlebars and thus expressions.
