@aaroneluder468 I haven't tried it on the hover 1 night owl, but there's similar scooters using that same design and touch display. One being the kugookiran g3, same specs and features, same display. And the company actually tells you that you can disable the speed limiter if you want. You can find a video that shows you how to do it, just search "disable speed limiter on kugoo kirin scooters" or similar ...hope this helps
The front suspension is solid, however, the rear can be harsh. What I did is remove a bit of psi to the rear tire. The brakes are mechanicaL, so depending on your squeeze you will get the jerky feel. Overall, the brakes will stop the scooter if you really need to stop ASAP..
Headlights are bright, but will be great to have higher lighting. The power is perfect for the city commute. I can touch 30 mph clean on a straight road. You can also select the ROAD mode which will get you to 20 mph
U can make it go faster than 31mph, by easily disabling the speed limiter on the touch display
