the jal-nib-rek pet from inferno is probably the hardest. only 86 people have the pet currently. the second hardest ones would be penance queen/ blood hound
+jay bob, that is because not a lot of people kill it/can kill it. the drop rate of the pet is lower then Jad, so I don't think the chance of getting it in 10 hours is that much lower than Jad.

i think rockys technically a 40 hour pet average, theres a method of stealing from the draynor market stalls and you can get 950 stalls an hour, and the droprates like 1 in 39000 or something, idk if that would make the list

The wiki has a page with the number of pets in game (not updated very frequently but still good data). Aside from factors like how long the pet has been available in game, I would guess that the numbers should mostly reflect the list you compiled.
Probability is easily calculated with 1-(1-(drop_rate))^(totalKills). All your probabilities are way off. Especially Chaos Elemental which is 39.4% to 56.6% in 10h. Get your maths straight.

Spooky Skillenton it's fairy simple math. Gear and tatics don't matter - each collection of a resource rolls a chance of a pet. The type (level) of resource has a certain %. Therefore his 'binomial regression' is really chance of getting from oak trees + chance from Willow + chance from yew...etc"
Easiest is Rocky for sure. Got him at level 3 thieving pick-pocketing men. All the pets are easy if you have the luck of winning the lottery 3 times in a row.....but use it to play RuneScape instead.

A friend and I were doing a duo on King Black Dragon. When we went, and our first run (didnt tele to bank) I ended up getting the KBD pet at only 10KC, And my friend also got a Dragon Pickaxe drop 2 kills after I got the pet drop!

Getting a full totem in under an hour is almost impossible I get an average 1 price per slayer task .....
If you burst dust devils off task you can farm totem pieces very quickly
You don't have x% you have y rolls at z% assuming they stack is a bad way to perceive it.
Got Skotos on 9 KC and those 9 totems seemed like it took forever. Probably average only like 1 piece per hour
