Come on it's not that close. It was at least 20m under your drone ;) but I understand how scary that was. Similarly in Zurich it's allowed to fly 5km away from the airport at max 150m altitude. Also it's not allowed to fly 2.5km within helipads. The thing is, hospitals have landing places for helicopters but they don't qualify as "helipads" (see airspaces maps where all airports and helipads are clearly marked on the map), so it's legal to fly a drone near them. Anyway, from time to time a helicopter lands over a hospital, so personally I learnt to be very careful when flying a drone near a hospital, but it's true sometimes you respect the rules and a heli or a plane like this just pop up from nowhere and it pushes your adrenaline up a bit... btw can I ask you where was this? I see a Migros building and a highway, I suppose it's somewhere East, maybe N-E from Zurich.
