How this motherless puppy found his forever family!

- FROM A MOTHERLESS PUP TO THE KING OF HEARTS - THE STORY OF CHARLIE'S ADOPTION
In September 2022, Dr. Mamatha's husband Dr. Kodali spotted a lone, tiny pup on a busy highway. He tried looking for the pup's mother and siblings but the little lad was all alone in the dark with speeding vehicles all around. The pup would certainly not be safe in that environment, so the kind doctor brought the boy home and gave him a bath and a meal.
Little Charlie was not more than a month old at the time; he had fleas and rashes all over his body and seemed really scared of the big, bad world but thankfully he was in a nurturing space now. The family already had three dogs, so they tried to find Charlie another home; however, destiny had another plan...
Weeks went by and everyone grew much too fond of Charlie, and he became an indispensable member of the group. It was then that Mamatha decided that Charlie was home to stay and was meant to live out the rest of his life with them.
Almost two years have passed since Charlie came along and he has turned out to be the naughtiest member of the family; the white dog loves to play with his dog siblings Bittu, Minnu, Chinnu and Torti, the turtle. The whole bunch of animals have a gala time running around all day long in their lovely home.
Charlie has enlivened the lives of everyone with his presence; what is more, he has also brought good luck with him. Mamatha's husband has achieved much success ever since Charlie's arrival and he credits the pointy-eared pooch for his continued professional growth.
Mamatha says, "Charlie chose us and we try to learn from our dogs to be selfless, caring and happy with whatever we have. Humans need to understand that animals are a part of our existence, and the earth belongs to them equally," she adds.
Today, Charlie lives happily with Dr. Mamatha, Dr. Ramamohan, Dr. Unati Sai, Bittu, Minnu, Chinnu and Torti, their pet turtle. Charlie escaped a terrible fate on that night and now lives the blessed life the gods always intended for him. The moral of the story is, help a desi dog, give him a home and watch him transform your life.
