Your motor rumble is due to the top trigger button being not tightened with screw (smaller trigger motor vibration, had same thing to my controller)

Hi there great video!! I have several joystick boards but with the joystick traces ripped off they seemed to have been repaired but ended up being ripped during the process, is there a way to fix that to make the sticks work again?
Did you have to measure the pots?? Or did you fit them straight in??
