    Hi Sir this is Priya from Newyork. You are my great inspiration for cooking. I just blindly follow as you do where the outcome are extraordinary as you say. My husband know about me as I never cooked in India . After we moved here earlier I was veryyyy bad. Slowly I was improving better but something will be missing on all.     Tried this yesterday and it tasted great. I haven't had this dish many times before so not sure if it came out right. It felt like it was almost a dessert but lacking in sweetness but a different great tasting dish aromatic with flavors of cinnamon, black elachi and saffron nicely mingling with the taste of the chopped fruits and nuts.
    Thanks a lot Bhatt sir for introducing us to such uncommon recipes. One can find this recipe in other videos but if Bhatt posts it, it gets more attention. :)

    Kashmiri pulao and Burani Raita both such wonderful recepes. I tried these two recepes today. Ofcourse I have tasted veg pulao many times no doubt, but your recepe stands sky high. Just scrumptious. What with the taste of dry fruits and fresh fruits and the combination of Burani Raita and mind you with no vegetables, I say this is on another level. Too good and my family loved it.👏👏👏👏😋

    Very authentic recipe. Thanks for sharing. I have tasted this Bhurani raita in Srinagar. They use single pod garlic which is their local produce. Never tried after that. I tried your recipe and came out very well.

    I guess you can put whaever in your Pulav. But authentic Kashmiri bhasbhatta pulav has thick sliced potatos, medium florets of cauliflower, water chestnuts,pealed sweetpeas, chopped onions and in spice you put turmeric,, coriender seeds, cinnamon stick and/or powder, ginger fresh and powder, Bay Leaves, Nutmeg powder, Garam Masla, whole black peppoer, cloves, Big Black cardemom whole, golden resins, almonds and salt, And of course OIL(musturd or sesame, NOT GHEE or BUTTER). That is AUTHENTIC KASHMIRI BUSBATTA pulav.

    Very tempting to see the long grain rice in the pineapple..and your teaching of course... though not a fan of a rice that is sweet.
