    Hello Chef! Thanks for your recipes. As per my research on traditional recipe for Jalebi, ground udad dal is added to maida(besan optional), then left for fermentation. This recipe (maida plus udad dal) is especially good for Migraine relief treatment.

    Next advantage task in cook with comali is to make jilebi traditionally with cloth they have to pipe the maida batter... If it is the task, my imagination goes as to how shivangi and manimegalai will do it
