New Products: Glock G43X & G48, Zev OZ9 Pistol

- This week, Paul Levy shows us the brand-new Glock® G43X and G48 pistols. The G43X is the wildly popular G43 9mm EDC pistol with the length and thickness of the grip bumped up juuust enough to accommodate a 10-round magazine - that's FOUR (4!) more rounds than the G43. The G48 has the G43X frame topped with a G19-length slide - for those who want a carry pistol with a longer sight radius and more muzzle velocity. F, Paul shows us the ZEV Technologies OZ9, a "feature-rich" 9mm/17-rd pistol whose polymer frame has full-length a steel chassis inside, not just the steel slide rails typical of most poly-framed pistols. This makes the OZ9 a very stable, smooth-shooting competition pistol. It also has a Trijicon RMR mounting slot, an oversized mag release button, a flared magwell opening, and MUCH more.

I like the G48 but not that silver slide...
Glockstore is offering them with Black slides for a extra $25. $524.99 with a black slide. It's better than getting it and sending it off and paying $50 or more to get coated plus firearm shipping costs.

People that make comments like yours kills me. What do you mean by that size gun a double stack and a 43 for weddings. The 43 and 43x are the same exact slide so how can one be bigger then the other. The grip is bigger. That's all and witch in return make the standard 43 alot better. Put one in your hand before you bash it. It's obvious you haven't held the gun. Just watched videos. In your defence. The videos sometimes makes the Hun bigger. Now for the 48 I agree just go with a double stack if your gonna get the 48. You gain nothing from getting a 48 over a 19 but now the 43x you gain plenty over a 19

A model 43 just skips in a pocket. Carrying a handgun that doesn't imprint, nice and small.
The model 48, it being bigger may as well be a model 26.
This is just Glock playing catch up with Sig. The size of the Sig with the availability of higher cap magazines negates these Glocks.

Clay, if you carry a concealed weapon (especially for a living), you figure it out pretty quickly that an issue in concealed carry is making it concealed.
Making the butt bigger does not help at all. The longer magazine of the 43X is a welcome addition, but not a longer grip.

@@martinstiastny7679 we are talking about the 43x not the 48. Again your wrong the 48 shouldn't be a 26. Not even close to comparable. The 48 should just be a 19. It's the same exact just slimmer and again in my comment I said you are right about that if your gonna get the 48 you should just may as well get the 19. Your gaining nothing from getting a 48. I said you are gaining a ton by getting a 48. Then you go o. To ramble something about cig and all this other I don't care about and is useless info to me. All I'm saying is if you make a comment. Know the guns your talking about before you speak on them. On the comment of working concealed for a living the company you work for will give you an over coat or something to wear a sports jacket or something and if not buy one yourself. That's the easiest to conceal is working. Not civilian. I've worked both open carry and concealed carry private security so I've very familiar with both. Have a a nice day. I'm done with this dumb conversation were having. It's your opinion your allowed to have it. I'm just I'm forming you to actually take a look at the guns in person and not just from CZcams and you'll understand the weapons alot more.

When Glock offers the G48 in all-black or OD/FDE frame I'll buy one, but this silver slide and black frame is too effeminate.
