- I've been looking for a rechargeable LED work light and I think this is the best light I've ever owned in terms of brightness, spread, versatility and is very affordable.

This flash ligh it's bad mine only last 20 minutes and it turns off , it will not turn on unless I charge it again and it will take along time to charge, I'm thinking to return it back to Walmart
The red light goes out when it's in the dark. Does anyone know why? Is it still charging if it goes out?

I usually order the neodymium bar magnets and glue them om where I want. Not pretty but neo magnets are the way to go!
I’ve got a bigger one model number 7047 and that things the brightest I’ve seen. But….I hate the thing, the battery runs dead in seriously 20 min on high and takes almost 8 hours to charge. I also use it for my storage unit and it works well but for 10 min. On low it lasts a while longer. But all hyper tough is junk all of it, I think this one was expensive to I wanna say maybe $80+
I usually only use mine for a few minutes at a time when I need to get something, but if I need it on for 10 or 15 minutes it usually ends up dying unless it was fully charged. For my use it still good enough, I’ve considered buying a second so I could just switch to the fresh one while the other one takes forever to charge which would pretty much solve my problem but I don’t know if it’s worth buying two cheap lights when you could get a Ryobi or Milwaukee one with a good rechargeable battery that would likely last a lot longer.
I have a laundromat… One of my customers left one of these behind… Why they had one there I have no idea… So, I got it for free. The thing is bright as hell. I think I’m gonna go buy some more just because they are that nice
I'm happy with the brightness of mine but the battery life could be a bit better so it's a good idea to have more than one so you could just swap them out while the other one charges.
@@Mr.Everything If you have a USB battery pack, can they charge while they're on? Like, attach it to a 10,000 mah pack and it lasts 5 hours instead of 2?

I have the biggest version of the Hyper Tough LED work light. That thing is notoriously bright, and gives off hella heat. She only lasts about 4 hours turned on, and takes forrrrrrrrever to charge (8 hrs or so); but that's OK tho. She tears apart the darkness, where there's no power, and charges my phone in a difficult situation. Ill let her recharge as I sleep, and let her charge during the day, when I'm not sleeping. Ill probably invest in another 4 of these, as the monthly work checks come in.
Too bad Walmart discontinued this model

This one uses an AC power plug but I think all of the lower lumen ones use micro USB.
No. If it has a round adapter port, then it probably came with an AC adapter/charger. The USB port is a mobile device charging port. The light acts as a power bank for mobile devices.
