    HEY EVERYONE DON'T TRY THIS CUZ IT CAN BLOW YOUR AMPLIFIER OR HOME THEATER JUST TAKE A 1K CAPACITOR AND CONNECT IT TO LED STRIP+ THEN CONNECT - WIRE TO LED STRIP AND ANOTHER WIRE (+) TO THE OTHER SIDE OF THE CAPACITOR THEN CONNECT IT TO YOUR SUB WOOFER OR SPEAKER 👍

    well im not very knowledge in eletronics but i know some, so there is a way to kill your amp by doing this, using AC (speaker works with Alternate Current, leds are designed to work with DC) with leds, youre forcing voltage into led in a way they are not meant to have, doing that any led in the strip may fail and go into short circuit and then kill your amplifier. Im thinking that theres is some workaround to this, adding some other diodes into the negatives and RGB inputs on the strip, or just using some resistors in the same way to limit the voltage that goes to the leds, dont ask me for schematics bcuz i dont know.

    LEDs require a 12v DC source. Your amplifier emits an alternating current or ac. This will effect how the load on the amp is received, and will cause damage to the components. Please stop telling people to do this.

      @@Speakershocker kannst du mir erklären warum hier der Verstärker kaputt geht? Kenne mich jetzt nicht wirklich aus aber wer nicht fragt bleibt dumm...
      Wenn jetzt theoretisch die Gesamtimpedanz über der Minimalimpedanz des Verstärkers liegt (z.B nur die LEDs ohne Boxen) fährt der Verstärker doch auch nicht ins Clipping. Dem is dass doch egal oder? Oder weil der Strom jeweils immer nur ne halbe Periodendauer fließt weil die LEDs während der negativen Amplitude sperren?
      Was schädigt hier dem Verstärker?

    • @leeknivek
      @leeknivek Před 3 lety +4

      Bigger resistor, you only need a tiny amount of power from the signal and 600w will blow these up.
      (I think) if you have an amp that does 600w @ 8Ω then it will do 300w @ 16Ω, 150w @ 32Ω, ...... 16w @ 128Ω, 8w @ 256Ω - measure the resistance of your strip and make up the difference in impedance with another resistor inline to bring it up to the correct value.
      I would check the rating of your amp first, if it is actually 600w at 8Ω or 4Ω or whatever, from there you can extrapolate where you need to get to.

      @@jomann3213 you can have a woofer with only medium and hight frequencies on it... what are you talking about? sub is a professional term to define lower frequencies under 60Hz that is even the frequency that electric current flows, besides, that kid also named the video about BASS , and no... not all frequencies are afected the same simply because the amp sends much more power from the crossover to deliver in the speacker the low and sub frequencies, than for the highs frequencies. If you use old lamps, you will see that they dont move much with the highs of music almost nothin but do a lot with kick drums and sub bass. for you to hear from a speaker tweter 15000Hz you need 300 times less energy from the amp, than the energy you need, to hear a Kick sub on theyre usual 50Hz frequencie.

    1: you make it look like more difficult
    2: frome amplifier you get less power when it's normal volume, so you have turn volume a lot higher to get enough illumination
    * putting led directly not gonna helps you
    * just simply buy two amplifier one for speaker one for led
    There can be other alternative but At least you don't have to turn higher volume and 100% sure that your amplifier don't blow ✌

      Das ist aber MEISTENS auch nicht das Rissen Problem der Hacken an der Sache ist du must schon >SEHR LAUT< hören um auf die Spannung zu kommen das die LEDs überhaupt glimmen. Und im Video wird extra ein sehr bass lastiges Lied verwendet und das noch sehr laut damit die LEDs überhaupt flackern. Bei Zimmerlautstärke wird sich gar nix tuen oder kaum zusehen.
