    recipe of healthy and
    nutritious Rajgira flour
    kheer or amaranth or
    ramdana or chaulayi
    kheer.
    You can have it during
    fast or vrat.
    It is very healthy during
    pregnancy.
    It is very essential
    for kids growth.
    Also gives energy to
    old or sick persons.

    Ingredients:
    . 2 tbsp rajgira flour
    (amaranth/ramdana)
    . 1 tbsp clarified butter
    (ghee)
    . 1 tbsp dryfruit powder
    (optional)
    . 2 -3 tbsp sugar
    (as per taste)
    . pinch of cardamom powder
    . 2 & 1/2 cup milk
    . 1/2 cup water
    Method:
    . Mix milk and water
    in vessel and allow
    to heat it on low flame.
    . Heat ghee in a pan.
    . Add rajgira flour and
    saute it on low flame
    till turns colour slightly.
    . Add dry fruit powder
    and again saute it for
    few minutes.
    . Add hot milk and water
    mixture and mix it properly.
    . stir it continuously
    and allow to starts boiling
    on medium flame.
    . Add sugar and mix it.
    . Allow to cook kheer
    till becomes little thick.
    . When proper consistency
    of kheer is appears,switch
    of flame.
    . Add cardamom powder
    and mix it.
    . Rajgira kheer is ready.
    . Enjoy hot or chilled.
