Your customer support said it cant be done but I have a seen it on others square appointments. I have some options setup but I cant get them to show up anywhere.

Sad when the Square customer service rep tells me that in order for me to use my options, I should turn on my notes during checkout so my customers can tell me what options they want. This video clearly jets through the process without offering a step by step. Guess this is how business is done these days.
