BASE GAME only, no CC
*In this build I'm using T.O.O.L mod of TwistedMexi but you won't need the mod to use the house*
I just found out that when placing this house from Gallery the postless balcony glass railing will return as it was, so I make a short tutorial on how to build it, hope this helps in case you want to build it by yourself :D

Installation Guide:
- download files
- unzip files (right click on zip file choose extract to ...)
- open folder, copy all files and paste them into your Tray folder ([...]My Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/Tray)
- then open game and find house in your Gallery.
