Well... There are those out there with back and head rests on them including good base in case leaning back into falling asleep in them too, not sure on theirs though too. . .

So I’m into the idea...but the butt cushion seems small. Like, it would technically be easily big enough, but it kinda limits you to an exact area. Giving it maybe an extra 1-2” would give more area to pick exactly where you are on the chair.
Normal chair: sit in the middle, sit as far back as you want, sit to right or left side, sit toward the edge
This chair: sit on this slightly-widened bicycle seat; sit here and only here!
