Ryan's knives are awesome. I don't personally edc a fixed blade but in a sheath like that I would probably carry in my left front pocket along side of my cell phone and keep a folder front right. Great video 👍
I usually carry appendix just behind my belt loop but recently have added a few in the pocket leather with ulticlips carries. I'm Ryan's Dad and love his work I like that he makes lots of different styles and will build almost anything requested. Great video Dirk
Thank you for watching and the feedback. I’ll give appendix a try and see how it goes. A position I had not considered.
Pearson Custom Knives are awesome!! NC for the WiN!
Horizontal on the belt and one on the bag....edc bag that is
Cool
Thanks for the review. I prefer an appendix carry and seems like I make more appendix carry sheaths. It's all in the preference.
Wow thanks for watching and for your feedback much appreciated. Had not really considered appendix. Thanks again.
I've heard a lot of good things about Pearson knives
It’s pretty cool.
Definitely a keeper, use your shit!!👍
I would carry on my belt at 3 or 4 o'clock.
Got it
Imma scout carrier. I like a flat carry blade, hence my orange benchmade fixxy. But, if I’m obligated to carry vert instead of horizontal, I’m going a 4-430 carry position. The spot between my right pocket and right rear pocket is its living space. If you wanna scout carry a fat handled fixxy, it has to migrate to a 5:30-5 position. My humble opinion. Mind that imma right handed carrier. A slight cant to the positioning of the clip makes a difference in carry as well. A very deep topic that is generations old. Please don’t allow me to go into the cross body approach to this topic.
Good stuff man. I’ve got something coming in that’s a new purchase and I’m genuinely curious about fixed blade daily carry.
Someone else mentioned a cross body position. Will be interesting once mine gets in.
We’ll be talking more 👍🏻👍🏻
@@DirkWerning absolutely. Can’t wait
I EDC a WINKLER belt knife or a TOOR Darter . Both fixed blades I wear it on my left front horizontal
Got it. So you can ‘draw’ with your right hand correct?
Correct I save my strong right side for a gun
@@sunbunbradley got it 👍🏻
Are these available to purchase?
I believe so. Not sure there is stock but you might need to wait for Ryan to make you one.
youll never go back
Can you explain more?
@@DirkWerning start edc ing a fixed blade so functional
