Lights of Linz

After 3 months of work and shooting more than 10.000 RAW pictures, we finally finished our first big project "Lights of Linz". Besides school we managed it to get awesome shots of Linz at night using timelapse and hyperlapse techniques.

We coincidentally got the invitation to participate at the Prix Ars Electronica 2016, so that we short termed submitted our shortfilm. Unfortunately we didn't win the contest, but we really appreciate the opportunity to take part at the competition. A short extract from the Juryfeedback (Karl Markovics, Sirikit Amann, Conny Lee, Beate Großegger, Gerhard Funk): "[...] Urban Motion zeigt Linz als pulsierende Stadt! Schön fanden wir auch, dass Urban Motion so viele unterschiedliche Plätze für ihre Aufnahmen gewählt hat, um die Vielfalt der Linzer Lichter mit der Kamera einzufangen.
