- Bees put an extraordinary amount of work into turning nectar into honey. They visit hundreds of flowers during each nectar run and then use their own bodies to reduce the high water content. Watch how they do it...

I HAVE CAME FOR YOUR NECTAR
Thank you. The crap I watched just to understand how bees make honey was insane. Very happy when I found this version.
Thank you I am teaching preschoolers all about honey. I like how this went slowly enough for children to observe the bees at work, great film work.
Thanks for this feedback, Cait. :) Such a joy to be teaching young children about bees - Leah.

2016 : Ooooo! Now i know how bee turn nectar into honey!
2022 : *WE HAVE COME FOR YOUR NECTAR*
Omg thankyou for explain6it in simple terms,i can't wait to look into it more..but you explained it in a way I could understand, and you didn't use words I wasn't sure of..Just getting a basic picture really helps..now maybe more people will feel confident looking into it a bit more & they will be excited about helping our bugs..I believe sometimes people's confidence is knocked by talks been scientific,it can knock there confidence..so thankyou for making this video for us..
Let's all learn & help our eco system, even if you can only plant a few flowers, bee's are having to travel further these days to there next flowers..You don't have to have any money to start off,or if you do you can help with under a fiver..I have started growing veg & I haven't got hardly any money to put in,seeds I can get for 50p upwards, pots I collect for free, the most expensive thing I have had to buy is soil/compost which cost me £3 it's gone up to £3.50 this year..we are making our own compost this year,it can take a while to do..Also you can collect seeds free, from other flowerseven if you ask people, they are usually good & usually happy to help & give advice, some even share seeds & cuttings..Look online people give stuff away..also when I'm walking my dog people throw away things & either leave them at the end of the garden or on path by road..
There's so much you can do,my fella has made two raised planters from wood we have collected over time, wish I could share a picture..
Right I Will leave it there, sorry to have waffled on..peace☮💜☮💜
As a kid I hated these things but as an adult I'm fascinated by their beauty 🐝❤️
I've never seen bees like this they're beautiful really.
Thanks
We have come for your nectar
Nice video. Thanks.Bees and wasps are really beautiful! Best greetings from Ukraine!
Another masterpiece... Love your fantastic work..
Hello, what do you call the process by which bees bring out the ingested nectar to a processor bees or deposited it on the cells?

Thanks for the beautifully captured video!!!
We enjoyed your video and explanation of how bees make honey. Thank you.
What a wonderful and brilliant creation God made
Thank you so much ❤ its hard to tell, because its so beautiful.
This is no random accident. It is God's design, and He makes all things wonderful.
I love bees 😍
Your video of bees turning nectar into beautiful honey is so well done. Great footage and so well explained.
Love the video. So relaxing and informative to watch.
So honey is bee vomit? That's some tasty stuff 😋
Haha. The thought of it is disgusting, but it’s so sweet I forget it’s a bee’s vomit lol. Anyways, my mom strangely doesn’t know this or she rob ably does. She uses honey with her tea so when I told her about it she looked at me frozen and became a statue for a few seconds haha.
Honey stomach? So they swallow nectar and spit it back out into the comb pods?Im confused. I thought they carried it on their legs.
Bees are awesome Workers
hi, great video, may I use it for educational proposes? (will include your link)
Beekeeping runs in the blood and is passed down generation after generation.
Thank you so much , such beautiful creature +1 New Fans
Great footage. Thanks.
Hi great video one question what is the black stuff in the video it was in jars at the bee hives. I use honey every day as sugar it poison to our system i replaced sugar with honey as honey is sweeter than sugar i do not need sugar the plus is that i am fitter and healthier i am 73 and i could run any one 20 and 30 years younger i feel great have no blood sugar problems my latest reading was so low they said i never use any sweet stuff in my food every day they got shocked when i said i use honey every day in my breakfast dinner and tea well i like a cup of tea with or after my dinner lol. If every one used honey instead of refined sugar there would be no diabetes and no obesity in the world today. Just remember that 1 teaspoon of honey it equivalent to 2 teaspoon fulls of sugar
Extraordinarily amazing
A special flower field for that bang for your buck the Bee's love a big rectangle or box field of flowers I'm sure. Hopefully it never storms too badly.
A triangle flower field you can hear the Bee's screaming in good feeling.
" You can push for more than a triangle but I can't guarantee anything that is a promise. "
I like your set up for collecting the honey at end of video. Can you please let me know what this is called and where you purchased this honey collector set up? I like how the honey drips from the hive instead of forcing smoke into them which seems extremely inhumane. Awesome video 👍🏻

That's what love does it takes a wild unplanned flower and turns into into a drug/food.
Cute,i love u Bee
I have space in the back but I can't afford to babysit the Flow Hive.
This is not a game half the time this is for backbone and business.
So informational and fascinating🥰thank you🌺
Glad you enjoyed it!
How long does it take for an empty frame to fill up with honey?
You can expect to harvest about three kilos (6.5 lb) per frame (more if the bees really build each frame out). If you have six frames in your super box then you can expect to harvest at least 18 kilos (39 lbs) when every frame is full. A super usually fills well within a month during the spring and summer. This depends on the amount of nectar available for the bees and how strong the colony is. We have had Flow Supers fill in a week during peak times of the flowering season.
How do bees know their way back to the hive? , as they fly so long distance from home to get pollen
They use the sun to geolocate and build a map of where there hive is and where the flowers are. -Kieran
They are amazing and look at us humans finding new ways to steal the honey.
That's literally a honey tap house.
Btw thanks for the info and video.
Heya! Is there any experience of the FlowHive in Scandinavia? Our summers at least here in Finland are cold and wondering if honey would crystalize before getting out. I have followed your invention from the start and have to take my hat off, really something out of the box and will change whole beekeeping in the future if it has not already.
Gabriel Lavanche .
I came here from minecraft to see the difference of pollen and nectar
👍👍👍
WHATS THIS
AN OVERABUNDANCE OF BEES ON CZcams?!
MY BREIFCASE FULL OF BEES OUGHTA PUT A STOP TO THIS!
Welcome teacher since you are an expert in the field of Tlnhal and tools where can I find these plastics cell that Guy video
Please let us know how the bees deliver nectar in to hive .
bees will forage from flower to flower, collecting a little bit of nectar and pollen as they do, in turn this pollinates the flowers. They then return the nectar to the hive, and combine this to then reduce moisture content from the nectar so it becomes honey. -Kieran
Omg how can I get a bee house just like that one???? Whereeee

what is the name of the song??
A hell fan came from lack of urgency. Ask the martians to find the flower.
Glory to God .. the Creator.
did you know that honey is actually be puke I learned it from a who would win book
Would very much appreciate you complement the vid with subtitles... your accented English (Aussie?) makes full comprehension rather difficult, caught about 90% of it. :-)
Let's not forget that honey is just bee vomit!!!
:)
Hey there, it's not actually bee vomit. As it never reaches the true digestive tract of a honey bee :) - Danika
@@FlowHive - I stand corrected. 👍
It is bee's regurgitation fluid !!
:)
🐝🐝🐝
It's beautiful ❤️❤️❤️

The narrator voice is bit coarse and mumbly. Hard to listen sometimes. I suggest a clearer voice

RandomCommenter not exactly. Their honey stomach is a separate container from their actual stomach
@@MaynardFreek thats the argument, but to me and alot of people it's still a a bees vomit, it's Ingested then regurgitated fluid, gross
Good. You'll get out of the way faster. Just make sure not to pollute the gene pool with your braindeadness, thank you.
Oof
And you want me to believe that all of this wonderfulness came out of a single amoeba over millions of years as a result of accident? No, God created these marvelous creatures. Big like for the video :D
Lol okay
