this the GREAT timing, since riot broke zeri’s arms a bit, i actually started running casseo bot. It’s very strong against most botlane matchups, unless they outrange you by too much

either playing with or against blitz is good for cassio bcs you can cast the ultimate when the grab animation starts and if the blitz hooks an enemy your ultimate will cc right after the pull. if the blitz is on the enemy side and you see the animation of q going for u you can also instant r and it will go off right when your in the enemy team and will most likely stun everyone

If the playstyle is to stay underneath tower for the 1st waves, wouldnt tp be better? So you can cheat your 1st back + enable you to sideline mid/late game
TP is definitely an option! Only thing is it falls off a bit after first base and you might sometimes regret not taking a combat summoner, but it's at least on the same level as Heal.
Love it. What is Cass weak against?
Being outranged (so like vs Xerath support + Lethality Xayah), but a good engage support should always be able to nullify that weakness to some extent.
Is it still good in thid current patch (13.14)
Yes the build is almost exactly the same, except now I would swap Liandry's with Rod of Ages. Exact same runes too. Cassiopeia is still very strong, stronger than ADCs.
