Ben Affleck is a great actor, yet he gets killed off, because, he had less than 10 minutes of screen time. Also, Chris, Kevin and Maury were tough enough for the role of the Tremor brothers. Andy Garcia, on the other hand, is great for the part in the film.

I think they already new his face but just couldn't catch him because he was so good and stacked at disguises😂. He could switch up at a moments notice

Just realized one of the bondsmen is the guy from the movie Torque.
As an Audience, we are aware of the Messner and Caruthers briefed on Acosta; Dupre, Pistol Pete, and Hollis discussing the Tremors; and then Georgia and Charisse briefed on Soot.
Were each Group briefed on everyone else who was planning to target Israel? An example would be both Caruthers and Messner also being informed about Charisse and Georgia, or the Tremors.
I guess not. There's a scene where either Charisse or Georgia (can't remember which) actually bumps into the Tremors in an elevator and they don't seem to know each other, which would be odd if they were briefed on each other, and the Tremors aren't exactly subtle.
Well we see Director Locke explain that Acosta isnt the only one, and when we cut to Dupree, Pistol Pete asks "Who else?" before Dupree mentions the Tremors.
But being the FBI, Messner & Caruthers would be aware of Acosta since he was a high level mercenary who had worked freelance for the C.I.A in both assassinations & torturing, so he was probably the highest paid one or atleast highest level known mercenary the FBI could know about or would give a shit about given his background as someone who has evaded several governments via chewing his fingertips off
Dupree, Pistol Pete & Hollis are two ex-cops & a high profile bailbondsman, so given their backgrounds they'd be aware of the FBI's involvement but wouldn't be aware of Acosta as he's too high up for their awareness, but they would be aware of some street level shithead killers like The Tremors
Now Georgia & Charisse were kinda inbetween the low level of the Tremors & someone like Acosta, maybe not up to Acosta's level but not as low on the spectrum as the Tremors, they, as a tag team, a sniper & an infiltrator, they'd be similar to someone like Lazlo Soot, and Soot is someone who has never been caught, and would kinda be a spook story in a way, nobody knows what he looks like or how he acts, and im guessing the FBI wouldn't really be aware of his existence, not by profile, he probably has no profile since he's never been caught, so unlike Acosta who has been caught, he wouldn't be under the FBI's awareness, but here's something I've kinda caught on rewatches, which may have been intentional or not but its my headcanon:
We see Georgia & Watters being hired by someone from the Mob in a restaurant before this scene, or after I can't remember but when later/before when talking to this lady in this scene, she tells them about Soot, and they also ask her about the detail of removing Israel's heart, which the lady tells them is just theatrics and shit, not meant to be taken literally, but also, Soot was hired by the mob, not to kill Israel, but to take out his entourage (Beanie, Hugo & Ivy), and to prepare him for the Swede to arrive and prepare him for a heart transplant, so since both parties were hired by the mob, it seems there was a game of telephone where they weren't told the exact details, just info passed down which ended up getting changed and fucked up, so this lady says Soot would be their biggest rival in the operation, but it could've been, since one girl is an infiltrator, similar to Soot, they originally meant for Soot & The Girls to work together, and I forgot to mention, in the previous scene to this with the contractor lady, she tells them that all they need to do is get in and pull Israel out and "that heart shit, that's just for flavor", and in this scene, she claims Soot works for someone that "wants this white boy clapped", which is wrong since Soot wasnt there to kill Israel, so just levels of miscommunication, so I believe Georgia was meant to infiltrate via Hookers, takes out Israel's guards from within, whilst Watters provides sniper support, then Soot comes in as Vitoli the cleaner, to take care of Israel and prepare to retrieve his heart for the Swede to transplant to Sparraza
The legendary Peter Berg the actor (the one guy sitting right next to Ben Affleck) who starred in movies like The Great White Hype and Cop Land is under rated actor and he even has directed his own movies.Smokin Ace's is a very under rated movie

It always sounds bad ass when you hear about some guy who burned his prints off with acid or chewed his finger to the bone though I admit that one was much less common but when you think about it it's not unless one just assumes that the authorities especially intelligence agencies would just throw up there hands and say well obviously we've been foiled gentleman nothing left to do but process him out of here and arrange bus fare as he has rendered himself now and always above the law. It's strange to us in the so called civilized world but there are people even born here in the states who arent on finger print files nor do they have even have birth certificates or social security card and as far as I know this isnt considered a super power of any sort actually one would only go to that extreme if they were on file somewhere for very bad things and extreme criminal acts which isnt as large a circle as people might think so if they didnt know who he was already( who were they after in the first place?) It wouldnt take long for the intelligence agencies of the world to find out at least to a fairly high degree of accuracy and like they say that makes it good enough for government work I mean the guy is only destined for a dank dungeon or floating hell ship does it really matter all that much who he is? It ain't like he's running for president or has family very worried and calling everywhere looking for Pops after he didnt show up to take the orphans out for ice cream or to cuddle crack babies. If he ever did get out he has only assured future identification takes about 3 minutes as he is now a member of the very small print database called dumb fucks because that's exactly what they do if you mutilate your fingers they just document it and say i bet you had something else in mind dont you feel stupid? Yes, this is where the explanation falls short. It would make more sense to say that The Plague destroyed his fingerprints not to be identified but rather so that he couldn't have been tied to any specific crime scene where he might have left them. Knowing that someone is a suspect and having a proof to actually have a binding verdict are two different things.
