When I was pregnant with #7, I had 5 boys and 1 girl.. and I went to an event where they were talking about the story of Jesus feeding the 5,000 and giving Jesus back our “5 and 2”.. I knew then that I was having another girl. Sure enough. I give Jesus my 5 and 2 and He is in control and He will make the most of my fishes and loaves.
What captivates me about this beautiful song is the fact that it reminds us of how indecisive and confused beings we are and how our hearts and minds make us leave God. We are beings questioners and there is no point in following God without trusting him. I felt in my heart to leave this reflection here, I don't know why, but God knows. May God bless you!❤
God I'm listening to the song again for the millionth time this week and the verse that just sticks out to me is I know you're uneasy but I'm in control So I will make the most of your fishes and loaves because what you do with your fishes and loaves can take you so far God will multiply it he will multiply it be on your expectations if all you have is all you can give you got to make the most of it and God will multiply it in ways where you never could have imagined I have small faith but he's going to multiply that and I see him multiplying my face because he is never failed he's never left me he's never left me unanswered or unloved every prayer I have had he is answered to his best will He's done things that I couldn't even imagine happening What a blessing it is to have a God that can do that Yes he can What a blessing I think God for his son because wow he's an incredible person and he made some huge sacrifices for us cuz he loves us and to have a love like his is unmatchable
My family and i are at a very tough place right now and we are working on faith and hope . Its really hard to be persistent in it but its all we got.
