My friend is 98 years old she’s been drinking black tea, English tea all her life every day. Also just in the last couple of years. She has fallen down a few times. She’s never broken a hip. She’s never broken any bones she’s doing very well. She doesn’t take any medication except one the doctor said she needs for her thyroid, which I don’t think she even is that she eats very little. She’s not a big eater and she’s doing very well.

The interesting thing I noticed that when I have drank at least two cups of black tea a day, I will not be hungry (only after 6 hours of no food), but when I miss one day of drink tea I will be so hungry I will get dizzy if I go for 4 hours

I realized that everyone is talking about tea and coffee drinking and it is not been discussed to make sure to drink coffee or tea alone and not by adding sugar, milk maybe not really to much, but heavy cream? Well this is another story all together.
I believe that this is very important, noticing that by them been healthy, it should be mentioned that adding specially sugar, surely that's not healthy any longer.
