I love onions and indian people love onions...they make food delicious 😋...😂😂...Also i am not very fond of most doctors since most of them are salemen of big pharma...not saying you are but unfortunately a lot of them are. You have given good information in this video...my grandmother always used a mixture of different hair oils that included shallots in her mixture amd other herbs for different seasons..se made in copper pots and some in iron pots....she barely had white hair or any loss of hair till her last day...on the other hand i have a lot of white hair and losing a lot of hair...lol... everything has to do with the diet and chemicals we use in our hair and body and that causes inflammation in our body and we don't realize it... inflammation depletes our body with essential nutrients.... Best way to fight inflammation is keeping your gut clean by eating less, fasting is very important..not dieting but fasting. Eat fermented foods... people have forgotten the benefits of fermented foods and yheir benefits...
Sir, as you said there are many reason of hair fall. I tried 5 things to fight against all these reason. 1 . Good protein in diet. 2. Mulitivitamin and minerals. 3 balayam yoga or head stand. 4 onion juice 5. Derma roller. Actually, these worked to stop hair fall. But there is no new growth of hair.

After watching this video, i went to amazon and there were many brands selling onion oil. Randomly i bought Mensome red onion oil and don't know about others but it worked for me.
LOL waste of money!!!!! Just buy red onions at the market and chop them and use the juice. Simple as that!
