Good morning Gayle!! Perfect video to watch to get my day going with laughter. Love watching you collage and it's a bonus when it comes with lots of fun and laughter!! Tonight's the anniversary party and we've been working hard to make it special for them. Lot's of work, but it's been nice to visit with hubby's family we haven't seen in awhile. Good morning Gayle. It was funny you should mention bunnies this morning. When I get up I always look out my bedroom window which faces my flower/verggie garden. It was about 5:30 .I had a visitor. A little bunny enjoying breakfast on my romaine lettuce. He was so small and cute. Have a great day. Love and hugs.

These past few videos have been some of my favorites! Truly! I love using up my scraps and watching unexpected beauties come from that effort. It is so satisfying! If that basket was mine, I would get a couple big cereal boxes, cut them open and collage on them front and back with nothing but the gems in that beautiful basket. Cereal boxes are so much lighter now and they work great as journaling cards, ATCs and tags. Hugs from Michigan.

Oh my goodness did Gayle say" let it go?" LOL as in paper scraps! So proud of you not hoarding every little piece of paper! I bag them up and donate to church Sunday school, vacation bible school and to my daughter's horror my grandchildren to play with! If some extra ribbon and sequins happen to be added too, hooray!

I've been collaging with my scraps for a while now, but I can never seem to make an incision that really matters. However I do seem to be at some sort of balance, and that is better than it was before, when my scraps were purely overwhelming...lol I enjoy a-l-l your videos, and was thinking last night I wish I could be an explorer in your studio, it seems to be a treasure trove of forgotten friends and other yummy goodies. ❤️ I also enjoyed seeing You in the interview videos from your last retreat, and would love to see you work in your studio some day. And I loved the packing video too, and to get a glimpse of your studio. I hope your current retreat is all you have planned and hoped for, and then some, you deserve it! ❤️❤️❤️
Montana is the only place I’ve visited (not counting airport transfers) it’s one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever been. I’ve never seen so many stars! I’m sure you had a wonderful retreat, maybe one day we will have Junk Journal retreats in the UK.🤞

I love “paper grits” they are what makes collaging so much fun, especially master-boards because when you cut them, they always surprise you for what ephemera comes from them.

I wonder if you might explain how your retreat goes? Like, I get the impression everyone takes their own jj packs or projects to make up their journals. Or are you actually facilitating, giving tuition, providing supplies even? Is the venue a hotel, where you all have rooms, and you hire a room for crafting? Am I asking too much? 😅 I don't suppose I'll ever get to a retreat, yours or anyone else's in the US, since I'm in England ☺. Can't wait to hear your stories of your time away!

I was going to ask what you do with used glue book pages when I noticed you use one as a collage backing. Do you use them for anything else? Hope you have a fantastic time at the retreat. Usually just a collage base to make into journal cards, tags and pockets. ❤️
