- After 4,000 gallons of paint, 3,000 electrical outlets and light switches, and 100,000 sq. ft. of flooring material, and much, much more, the Give Kids The World "Extreme Village Makeover" is complete.
I was a wish kid there in August of 2012. That was definitely one of the greatest times of my life! That is an awesome place!

We had the most amazing week when we were at GKTW last summer. We talk about it every week and my daughter still sleeps with her pillow, cuddles Mayor Clayton and tells everyone about ice cream for breakfast!
The renovated villas look incredible and will be the cherry on the cake for all the families visiting. When your child has been suffering and your lives have been put on hold those moments of sheer joy and the family time we shared at GKTW are so welcome and so very precious.
The team there are amazing and everyone who contributed to this extreme makeover should be very proud; they are helping ease some broken hearts.
We were there in Oct. 2013 and it was amazing, I am happy to see that they were able to accomplish such an amazing over haul in such a short period of time. It is true that you leave there a different person, than you were when you arrived. It's a truly magical place that has left an everlasting impression on my family. We hope to one day be able to give back by volunteering at GKTW and maybe make a difference in another family's life. Keep up the good work GKTW, we truly appreciate everything you've done for us and so many others!
We stayed there October of last year and can't thank the volunteers enough. It's such a magical place and we are so grateful that so much attention is being given to such a deserving organization.
Me and my father and 4 of his friends we were on this project's the whole time we got to eat in the lunch Room and eat Boston Market lunch Everyday which was awesome the tables were a little Breath mint tables or candy cane tables something to that effect it was a great experience being able to use our company to help the children out and the community if I had the opportunity to do it again I most certainly would any day of the week! And I also got to meet the guy Ty Pennington from the show when they did the main celebration on TV and the grand opening after we were finished!
We went June 21-27 2017. Amazing and magical experience.
My Grandson Kevin Burton was granted a Wish thru make a Wish and we are leaving Gulf-Port Ms Friday December 29, 2017 @10;30 a.m we are so beside our selves can hardly wait.
Amazing place .. we had the time of our lives ! We would love to come by and visit to see the new updates !

Was an unbelievable experience...is that the actor Ed O'neill in the white/blue striped polo at 8:10-8:12? If not it looks just like him!
We went the week of Christmas 2017 it was the best but I was heartbroken and still am because I didn’t get to give mayor Clayton a hand made card that I made for his birthday
