I have the same welder, millermatic 211, my problem is the rear circuit breaker, it breaks when I weld a small bead, 1" or so, I have to wait and reset, can you tell me what the problem would be? I run the welder on a 20 amp breaker #12 wire, nothing else plugged into the outlet I'm welding 16g metal. I can't even stitch weld. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Good video by the way.
I recommend to replace breaker first it getting weaker, as I see your problem most often and it’s resolved by replacing the breaker, let me know if you need any help

Same here, switch and breaker are good but no power up. I barely use this thing and it was working six months ago. POS

Why do the diodes pop on this model?
Because miller welders are junk.
