Taytay na lang b to connect bo obrero loboc coastal road to the proposed coastal road from Oton, Calumpang, to Philippine port. Extend na lang port to accommodate the coastal road or simply connect it to Gen Hughes road but skirting the Iloilo Commercial Port to avoid extra costs for port repair.

Pwede siguro idemolish ang PENRO building sang DENR kag isaylo. Then build the Bo obrero-Parola bridge passing the demolished building of Penro. Yes we can still build roads at the Parola Area.

maski na-point out mo ang several factors why they consider Leganes to Guintolan ang proposed site. still a puzzle why so far from Iloilo city proper which is probably their major transit point and business hub. Daw magastuhan ang mga traders and local tourists for fuel and travelling expenses.

Unless it is a local PPP (partnership between the LGUs involved and a private company/consortium), this ambitious bridge project will never ever be built. Our current political system still hinders any grand projects outside Metro Manila area if either government funded (thru international/government bank loans) or national PPP. The various spheres of influence coming from three major directions: 1) the lawmakers (in both Congress and Senate), 2) agency officials (DOTr, DPWH and NEDA) and 3) the local officials. If this project were a local PPP, then the chance of getting it built is very high because only the local officials (governors/mayors) and the private investors are involved. That's why Cebu's CCLEX was implemented very fast. CCLEX is the first local PPP for a major infrastructure project in the country.
