Nigeria is a nation where the thieves who now hold keys to the treasure-store reward the thieves that stole in the past with compensations of being caught out and in turn, signalling to the next administration of theives to be lenient in case they are caught on the wrong side of the law.
    Tiring much.
Imagine how Nigeria could have been if our leaders were truly visionary and invested all that sovereign wealth into infrastructure, social welfare, free education and healthcare. public development, investment of wealth from natural resources into the wealth funds of other nations and general nation building?
Imagine if we had a 20 year to 40 year vision that each administration ran with, with strict adherence to achieving it? Imagine if 26 years ago, Abacha had a vision to transform Nigeria to the greatest nation on earth and put laws in place to ensure it was nearly impossible for train of successors to derail from this goal?
Imagine how powerful Nigeria could have become and how high the shoulders of her sons and daughters would have been anywhere in the world?
These are tin dreams no doubt and what will rid Nigeria of corruption remains an utopian fantasy that may never materialise.

It crazy they let his family get away with the money abacha stole from Nigeria, hopefully someday we find out how much buhari has stolen as well. Bastard no even trust Nigeria enough to leave the money for Nigeria.

It's a Nigerian thing. Political criminals are rewarded and hailed as national heroes. Their critiqics get jail time.
