Hey Brian, thank you so much for dropping by! I read your book and it has helped me out a lot. You made it so easy to understand how this CZcams thing works. 👍🏽

I appreciate what you're doing dude. I've felt exactly where you are. Give yourself a break if you need it. Don't put yourself under undue pressure.

That's what it is. I took this whole week off just so I can reflect on what changes I need to make.

What you're doing is awesome man, its really hard to find quality teaching in youtube, keep 'em coming ;)

  • @psychevisionproductions9304

I appreciate you, dude. It's hard out here, especially if you aint making a decent steady income to keep the dream alive. Your videos take a lot of stress off me when i comes to doing research and getting equipment that works for me. Youre on a good path.

Hey man, I've been a fan of your video's for a while and don't often leave comments on people's video's, but just wanted to say stick with it, you're doing a terrific job and I admire your work. Keep doing you and big things are to come. Peace

Miguel, I appreciate the support. It is one of those days, we all have them, and it is bound to happen. I just wanted to show you guys what goes down in the background. It is not always pretty, but I keep going. Thanks man!

hi Marcos, i've seen some of your (newer) videos. This is from your earlier videos but I like that you still maintain being a humble person. One of your videos ( an interview with another content creator) where you describe one of your concerns is that you had a thick accent. I believe your background and accent distinguished your from other content creator, and you should embraced that unique identity. you could throw some of Spanish into your videos and it would be more interesting. Also I can relate being an introvert who like to be in or behind the camera but not like being in the spotlight.
    All the best !

I appreciate it!! I like articulating myself correctly and it's hard to do it sometimes. My brain has a hard time organizing my thoughts into words. I should definitely lean in as opposed to trying to hide it :)

Hi Marcos, love your videos, what did you use for colour grading and lighting in this video? its really awsome!

I use a softbox, check the description for my full gear list. My next video will be about color grading, so look out for that one.

You look a bit burned out Marcos. I think you need a collaborator - someone to help define a content calendar and bounce ideas off of. You look as if you're putting too much pressure on yourself to chase viewers and I know that's the Holy Grail of CZcams. But if you can't keep up that schedule, something's gotta give.
Your dream seems to play with the Big Boys and Girls of CZcams -- but that's not in the cards for the vast majority. You provide a nice little niche that is honest, helpful and always friendly advice that I look forward to. If it's not there every week, so what? There will always be things that are beyond your control -- just keep the focus on helpful content on a more or less regular basis. It's a very crowded space - be satisfied that you know you are contributing positively.

At the same time I believe in dreaming BIG and working hard, which sometimes feels it is at odds with being content. Thanks for your sharing your opinion.

I'm not a youtuber, but from I've been seeing from many youtubers that for the most part that delivering a content for others to learn from it and it is way harder to keep it up just like what you are running into now, and viewers will get picky and your video's views will drop, better way is to make your video, um more fun to look or let's say entertaining instead of focus on what tips that you have to come up with or etc, just like one that has been growing quickly on youtube, you might know who he is

    • @MarcosRochaTV
      @MarcosRochaTV  Před 6 lety

I know what you mean. I see that many CZcamsrs become more animated over time, a little Disneyish, because character matters. It is important to strike a balance between being yourself and being upbeat.

Thank you for all you teach us. Gracias por todo mi hermano. Go take a siesta.
