- I thought I'd show you round the house and some of the changes we've made of recent until I was rudely interrupted by this furry duo of destruction! They are non stop and for some reason Teddy loves destroying the beds! Let us know what you think to the changes in the comments below.

I love how Teddy still suckles with his stuff toy, even his little paws were doing that needing movement. Niko and Teddy running back and forth past the stairs was scaring the heck out of me. I kept seeing one of them tumbling down the stairs. But I do enjoy seeing Niko playing with Teddy!
Ted reminds me of Linus from Charlie Brown, but instead of always caring around a blanket, it's his stuffed toy.
Teddy's paws are actually huge.

I felt the same way. As much i as i enjoyed seeing my 2 favorite dogs live their best lives in this video, just as much i started worrying about their safety when i saw just how close they both would end up next to the staircase. I am guessing it wasn't the first and the last time of them playing like this on the second floor of the house.
Please God protect them and all other members of this wonderful family from any kind of injury or harm at all times!!!

The house is coming along nicely. I was so nervous with Teddy and Niko playing and sliding near the top of the stairs. You may need a baby gate installed as a barrier. Phil was so cute in the beginning!
I just love watching your whole family. I have to say it again. My husband died 3 months ago so it's still a hard time. And whenever I get really sad I just turn on this channel and look at your adorable family. It just makes my heart smile. Love all of you
Phil is such a darling. Laughing to see Niko's armchair! Teddy's toy, he is showing he is the family puppy, playing with Mummy Niko. Two disrupters who couldn't be cuter! The house is so good for big dogs.
This video was a bit longer than usual, and by the end, with the dogs cavorting, I’d forgotten the house tour. The house is coming along beautifully. So nice that the dogs have their own bedroom! The fluff balls are so happy with the decor they can't hold their joy and are so playful. Philly Bear is pleased as a cucumber with his paws crossed, looks so cute. Sending him hugs. He's the best boi ❤️❤️❤️
Emma your home improvements are stylish, classy & blend your & Shane's styles seamlessly. Bravo❗The kitchen is so modern yet warm ,& welcoming. Milo has approved of the new chair, Milo loves the new bedroom rugs & Phil is cozy in the great room. I'm certain Amelia loves it all too.😍

Nice job Emma. Slowly but surely it will all get done. It's a huge home so it takes time. A little here a little there and one-day soon it will be done. Niko and Teddy have taken over the guest room. LOL. Yes indeed dogs and cats love slippery floors. Be careful with the zoomies as we don't want you falling to hurt yourself. Can Teddy come change the sheets on my bed.. It's laundry day tomorrow. LOL.

Phil is just a treat to see no matter how small his air time is. Niko's bossing the other two. She's like you guys sit down there & I'll look down on you both from here. Then Teddy is still the baby of the house & he's milking it; so cute carrying around his favorite stuffed toy. I just love your fluffs especially the lovable Philly Bear! 😍😍😍 But I can't wait to see your son soon. Take care with your pregnancy. The floor upstairs is quite slippery so be extra careful especially when the fluffs are doing zoomies around you.

A good Feng Shui tip is always leave an inch or so between all furniture and the walls. When furniture is smashed tight against the wall it looks uncomfortable and even furniture needs to breathe. Also, move the rugs up a bit so that when you get out of bed your feet touch warm carpet rather than cold floor. Have fun decorating! 🐕 🐶 🐈 😻
I agree...I would put Niko's chair away from the wall and kitchen railing more to the right and remove the small table beside it and replace it with a bigger round table etc.
It is about scale and balance in harmony. Niko will sit in it just the same. Ditto for the sofa.

Feng Shui rule no. 1 is to ensure clean and tidy of main entrance as it symbolise the wealth and good fortune coming to the house... A few plants and bright that area up 🌟🌿
carpet installer here with a possible temporary solution to your stair issue. have some carpet cut to the size of your stair treads and have it bound around the edges, so it doesn't unravel/fray on you. then use a good high quality double stick tape (a good carpet store should have some) to secure the carpet to the treads and they should remain in place. that is unless Ted decides they are toys and figures out how to pull them up then chew them into little pieces. then when you figure out what exactly you can do to box in the risers and find a carpenter to do it, they will come right off so a new nice-looking runner can be installed like you are wanting.
I don't know about Teddy, but my nearly year old Malamute puppy, decided the double sided sticky tape we had on our hall carpet needed remodeling. We came home to find he had pulled up the runner and chewed the carpeting in our living room. This guy has strong jaws.

The new home is beautiful! As you were showing the staircase I thought of the possibilities of adding a tile of your choice that could be the filler your looking for. Possibly it might be an option that could be less costly as well.

The house looks great. I like your changes/ upgrades. It looks wonderful and the view from the windows is beautiful. Although the pups make it chaotic at time as a whole its very calming. I love your home. It seems like a true place to be yourself, have the dogs and still be creative. I have an Alaskan Malamute. She is allowed wherever we are! My daughter grew up with dog hair on her pacifier.

I love the whole house, especially the sofa's and the kitchen cabinets, and we also have a fire place but replaced the heater inside instead of the log fires, but the house looks so perfect for the whole family 💖💙💗

5 month wait for sofa's. Back when I was a kid when we moved into our final house after years of moving around my mom went down to the furniture store and bought a full living room set. We moved in September the sofa's and chair's were delivered promptly. The coffee table and the end tables didn't come till Christmas.
