Boat Nirvaana 751 has few advantages over rockers 550. Firstly sound quality will be tuned a bit better than rockers 550. Secondly it has Active Noise cancellation which rockers 550 do not have. Also battery life is awesome, around 3 time more than rockers 550 ! . Also right now, on amazon nirvana 751 is availability on 500 rupees discount, so go for it !
On normal Aux, Phones internal microphone will be used as default! As this is 3-pin aux connector ! You can buy separate in-line microphone aux cable to use that very cable for microphone and it'll give you good quality!
How does it compare to other headphones like tribit xfree go and quietsound 50 in comfort? Clamping force, breathability, cushioning etc.? I had the Xfree Go which was ok for 1-2 hours but the bass was too punchy (higher freq.) and hurt my ears. In 8 months its cushions got torn so I'm looking for something more durable as well as even more comfortable.
I cannot confirm you regarding the comparison with these other headphones as i have not experienced them, But regarding comfort, boat 751 anc are very comfortable, and you can wear them and forget about it! No pains at all.
How is the audio quality during calls or meetings? Does it suppress/cancels the background noise? In my current Boat earphones having problem that during call other person hears background noise more than my voice.
No, For calls, there is no in-call noise cancellation, Noise cancellation only works for music , Call quality will be typical like other bluetooth headphones.
