Pocket diaper users may not know the importance of tucking the inserts in (if they decide to lay extra inserts on the inside of the diaper for extra absorbency) so that they are not peeking out of the elastics around the leg holes. This could also end up causing leakage 😅 Thanks for this video!

When i use pockets i put and extra booster in the inside and a extra fleece liner it seems to work and she is a really heavy wetter, i do have a question tho this is my first baby and your videos have helped me through sooo much it was the reason i clothed haha and my question is how do you know your using to much soap i have washed them and the covers seem to have this pneumonia smell but i dont know what to do any advise? And sorry i know you dont like washing questions lol but im at a loss thank uuuu
Give your diapers a swish test to see if you’re using too much soap or to see if there’s poop/pee left behind in the diapers. Use clean hot water in a clear bowl and swish your diapers to see if there are any streams of soap, cloudy water, or mucky water. That’ll give you a good idea of what’s going on with your wash routine. I often find that agitation is a huge issue when getting diapers clean. I find it gets overlooked way too often. I bought a plunger for my diapers and I plunge them in my washer because my agitator barely agitates them which causes them to be stinky. Making sure there’s not too many diapers but also not too little is a huge part!

Where do you get your boosters? I only have pocket diapers. Love them but my 11mo is leaking overnight
Green mountain diapers has a good line of boosters, but you can also use regular inserts as “boosters” as well💜

With microfiber, our problem was that they held onto stink .
I have an issue with leaking out the leg at night because the insert doesn’t go all the way to the edges how should I fix this problem
