Try alcohol on the chair........also hairspray ....the cheap old fashioned hairspray works. I worked in a bank and always had ink on my pants from walking around with a pen for 8 hours and we had a can of it at the bank and we all used it.

Buy a new chair cover!! LoL My daughter wrote all over a white wall and my dining table with black permanent marker one hour before I had 30 guests for Thanksgiving dinner when she was 3. lol
