Hey elena I just wanted to ask if u had any tips for me? I have an upcoming upgrading which is next week and I’m planning to do 4 routines. I’m in grade 4 and planning to do Ball, Hoop, clubs, and freehand. And my coach has just thought me my freehand routine yesterday. But the issue is I kind of forgot my ball routine and I don’t know if I have enough time. I’m really nervous because things are happening so fast and I don’t really know what to do. If u have any tips I’d appreciate it so much❤️
